We take the measurements of your room, the position of all windows and doors, and the measurements of your furniture to work out the best way to place it all together. It’s all about utilising the space in a way that fits your lifestyle and adds a beautiful flow to the room.
We often do this using digital rendering software to create a realistic floor plan of your room for you to visualise the final result.

Rachel Webster
Rachel’s first career was as an equity sales trader in the City followed by many years as a partner at a leading property firm advising clients on buying prime residential property in London.
Throughout this time Rachel bought, renovated and re-styled her own homes and developed a love for all things interiors. At The Home Stylist Rachel can indulge this love and help clients with their own homes.
Lynne Gallacher
Lynne started her creative career with a BA (Hons) in 3D Design. She then spent almost 25 years in Hong Kong, working in event design and management and later as an interior expert for The Home Stylist.
Lynn moved back to Devon in 2019 with her husband and two children, where she continues to help clients create homes that they love. Since moving back to England she has renovated an old cottage to rent as a holiday let and started an upholstery course. She hopes to be able to offer reupholstery – an artform she loves – as part of her styling skills!
HELEN VANDEWEGHE
Helen lived and worked in France for nine years, then Hong Kong for eight years, and has recently returned to the U.K and is living in Devon with her husband and two teenage children.
After studying Textiles at university, she held various roles in the industry from manufacturing to retail. When she started her family, she took time off from her career to look after them, but continued to be creative by styling their home, upcycling furniture, making curtains, cushions and decorating. Helen has been helping others style and update their homes for the last five years and particularly likes to up-cycle client’s furniture where possible or source vintage and second hand items.
